Managing a Diverse Workforce

Workforce Champion Series 10 - Noontalk Media

Time : 1:30 PM - 5:00 PM
Venue : 29 Media Circle #01-04/05 ALICE@Mediapolis, Singapore 138565

Recognising that the dynamics of our local workforce is no longer the same, we focused the theme of our tenth Workforce Champion Series on managing a diverse workforce. Held at the premises of NoonTalk Media, an integrated Singapore-based media entertainment company that specialises in artiste and talent management, the event saw a turnout of over 120 SME owners and HR practitioners.

With Senior Parliamentary Secretary Low Yen Ling as our Guest of Honour, the WCS 10 touched on the recent Committee of Supply Highlights and most importantly how SMEs can benefit from these “carrots”.

The dialogue session with NoonTalk Media and SPS Low brought insights on how to better manage a diverse workforce – be it the millennials or matured talents and it all begins with building a culture that is open to changes and the willingness to learn from one another, regardless of another’s demographics.
